Skating team brings laurel

The skaters of DLF Public School, Rajinder Nagar, were the winners of the first Heery Open Rollers Skating Championship, 2003.
Out of 11 schools that participated in the championship, DELFites won 19 gold, nine silver and four bronze medals besides winning the overall championship trophy. The team was led by coach Mohammed Nafees. The event was organised by Kendriya Vidyalaya, Sainik Vihar, Rani Bagh.
It was categorised under different age groups starting from under four years to under 14 years.
